FINANCIAL POLICY: All payments are due on the first of each month. This includes tuition and any other charges or fees. Payments begin August 1, 2006, and end May 1, 2007. After the 5^th of the month, a $20.00 late charge will be added to the account. If tuition and other charges are still outstanding at the end of the month, your student(s) will not be allowed to attend classes the following school day until the account is up-to-date. Each month the balance on the account must come to zero in order to avoid the $20 late fee.

1. There is a $20.00 returned check fee for A NSF checks@ . After two NSF checks, we can only accept cash as payment for the remainder of the school year.

2. Post-dated checks cannot be accepted, nor will allowance be made for tax returns, property sales, or other settlements.

3. All accounts must be up-to-date at the time of registration and kept up-to-date in order for students to remain in class. A student is not considered officially registered for school any time his/her account is in arrears.

4. End of the School Year: All accounts must be paid in full in order for students to take the final exams. Report cards and school records will be held until the outstanding account has been paid in full.

5. Refunds: All fees are non-refundable. Parents who withdraw their student(s) from CBS during the regular school year do not qualify for any monthly refunds on their tuition.
